About Amy Star

Coudelaria Estelar is the life work of Amy Star,  to breed and raise lusitano and lusitano crossbred horses of greot conformation and athleticism.    Amy is from Tucson Arizona, and has a B.S. in Equine Science and a Masters of Agriculture Science from Colorado State University.   Amy is also an "R" Judge for the the USA Working Equitation Association and for Working Equitation Canada.  Amy also serves on the registry board for the IALHA.   

Amy Star has been riding since the age of 4 years old, and continues to ride and train her horses nearly every day.   Having grown up in the western tradition of 4-H, roping, rodeo and cow work,   she embraces this backgrond and now competes in working equitation and western dressage.   Amy appreciates the refinement and precision required in WE and WD as a constant challenge to improve her skills.
